Our Spring Mind Matters webinar features Unfixed media, the filmmakers behind the Unfixed Mind series. We will screen a short film that follows five individuals living with mental health conditions working towards recovery. Following the screening, we will host a panel discussion and audience Q&A with cast members to encourage an open conversation about mental health experiences.
