The project seeks to create awareness and normalize mental health issues among Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities.  Mental health professionals and advocates are invited to share their work and experiences. The project aims to encourage BIPOC communities to talk about their mental health without shame.

Requirements:

  • Video submissions must be no longer than three (3) minutes in length.
  • The content of the video should be on mental health as it relates to BIPOC communities, lived experiences, overcoming stigma, barriers to mental health care, and resources available to the BIPOC community.
  • Must submit a signed waiver.

Please submit your video and your signed waiver below.
