Join us for Speak Up!: An Evening of Creative Expression in celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month in May. Through this event, we aim to highlight the transformative power of the arts in promoting mental wellness and self-care.

The arts have a profound impact on mental well-being, and research has shown that engaging in creative activities such as music, art, dance, and writing can reduce stress, increase positive emotions, and enhance overall well-being. By showcasing the diverse ways in which creativity can support mental health, we hope to inspire attendees to prioritize self-care and to recognize the importance of nurturing their mental health through the arts.

Featuring the renowned vocalist and recording artist Courtney Santana, along with a range of musical performances, art exhibits, interactive art, and storytelling, this event promises to be a showcase of creativity, inspiration, and community. We invite you to join us in celebrating the power of the arts and to prioritize your own mental wellness through self-expression and creativity. This event is open to everyone, and we look forward to seeing you there!
