NAMI Central Texas Announces Integral Care as Presenting Sponsor of NAMIWalks Central Texas 2023
NAMIWalks Central Texas takes place Saturday, Sept. 30, in downtown Austin.
AUSTIN, Texas [Sept. 26, 2023] – NAMI Central Texas, the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), announced today that Integral Care will serve as the Presenting Sponsor of NAMIWalks Central Texas on Saturday, Sept. 30, at the Long Center for the Performing Arts.
NAMIWalks Central Texas is an in-person experience, united with NAMIWalks events nationwide. Participants at this year’s NAMIWalks will experience an inspiring mental health program, a 5k walk through beautiful downtown Austin, and the NAMIWalks Festival – featuring live music and performances, games for kids, and mental health resources.

Since 1967, Integral Care has supported the health and well-being of adults and children living with mental illness, substance use disorder, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Its services include a 24-hour helpline for anyone who needs immediate support, ongoing counseling to improve mental health, drug, and alcohol treatment to help with recovery, and housing to regain health and independence. Integral Care provides individuals with high-quality mental health care, collaborates with community partners to strengthen programs and systems, and works to raise awareness of mental health issues in our community.
