There is strength in the support of a community. Use your experience navigating mental health conditions to facilitate positive and healing conversations.

This opportunity is right for you if you like to support others with their immediate issues each time you meet. Support group membership varies at each meeting and are on a walk-in basis. You will use your lived experience as a person with a mental health condition or family member/ friend of someone who has a mental health condition to demonstrate the guidelines and principles and model disclosure. Facilitating commitments are for two facilitators to meet for 90 minutes once or twice a month. Structured training is provided.
