For parents and caregivers of children with mental health challenges

Resources and Support: Lighthouse - Helping parents of youth navigate mental health recovery and wellness

When your child or teen (ages 4-18) is experiencing mental health challenges, navigating the complex system of resources, schools, and providers can feel confusing and hopeless. You don't have to do this alone. You'll connect with our Parent Support and Resource Navigator who can offer valuable support and resource information needed in navigating mental health challenges. It's a first step in helping your family move in the right direction--toward wellness and recovery. You'll gain emotional support and affirmation, resources for next steps, and a space to have a safe conversation on how and where to navigate the mental health space.

When calling or emailing, please provide your name, contact information, and a brief message explaining your specific support or resource needs.  This email and phone line are monitored by a part-time staff person, so you may experience a delay in response.

If you are in need of immediate assistance, please contact the Integral Care 24/7 Helpline at 512-472-HELP.
