Thursday, December 16 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Virtual Event

Mental health professionals often promote gratitude as a powerful mental health coping skill, but what does it really do for us? Join NAMI Central Texas and Julie Moss of Promises Behavioral Health as we learn about the science of gratitude, benefits, and techniques to incorporate gratitude into everyday life.
