You are not alone in your recovery journey. Our 4-session workshop series will inspire you to take positive action and help you gain ideas for practical recovery skills. Each week, NAMI peer leaders will share valuable information for your mental health and their own recovery stories. You can attend any or all of the sessions, but be sure to register for each separately.
