Mind Matters – Managing Stress and Anxiety in Difficult Times

Difficult times can cause stress and anxiety in our homes, communities, and workplaces. Chronic stress can weaken the immune system, so it's crucial to to understand how stress manifests and to implement healthy stress-management strategies.

In this month's mind matters, we are kicking off Mental Health Awareness Month by sharing an interactive presentation providing practical stress and anxiety management ideas for yourself, loved ones, coworkers as we work to overcome these challenging times together.

This is a special session of our Workplace Wellness presentation in celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month. This virtual presentation open to everyone free of charge.
