April 9, 2020 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

The recent outbreak of COVID-19 is creating a wave of stress and anxiety in our homes and community. Chronic stress has been shown to compromise our immune system, so it's important to recognize how we manifest stress and adopt strategies and practices that can help us navigate stress in the healthiest way possible. Join NAMI Central Texas Executive Director, Karen Ranus, as she offers some practical ideas you can share with your friends, family and colleagues as we strive to get through this challenging time together.

Mind Matters at Home, presented by Ascension Seton, brings mental health experts and advocates straight into your home to share valuable information and tools for deepening our community’s understanding and managing of mental health during the challenging situation caused by the coronavirus.
