In Our Own Voice
October 15, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Storytelling is one of the most effective and powerful ways that we change the mental health conversation. Join us as two NAMI Central Texas speakers share about their own personal lived experience. In Our Own Voice presenters change the preconceived ideas people have about mental illness. They will describe the realities of living with a mental health condition and share their moving message of hope. Come learn about what it’s really like to live with mental illness and experience the power of storytelling to heal, inspire, and create connection.
